Things I will refuse to draw:
- Complex designs ( I can draw them, but just know they will be simplified)
- complex mecha designs (Simple robots are fine!)
- Hate Art, you know the drill
- NSFW

By contacting me for work you are hereby agreeing to the terms expressed belowPaypal and Ko-fi only.1. I have the right to refuse any commission work I do not feel comfortable with.
2. As the artist I still hold rights to my artwork (of course customer holds rights to their oc, just not the art itself)
2a. Let me know should you want to purchase for commercial purposes.
2. Absolutely DO NOT use my art for NFTS, AI bots, Picrew or anything of that sort.
3. You are allowed to post the art anywhere as long as you credit me and you are the holder of the art, do not print my art work and/or redistribute!
4. My work times may vary depending on my day job, and if it's convention season.
4a. Should you need it by a specific time, I will make it work unless it is needed in less than a week.
4b. If the art is needed in a week or less I will charge a Rush fee of 20 USD.
5. I will always send sketches, then linework, then flatcolor and then fully rendered.
5a.Messages to check on the progress are allowed as long as they are reasonable.
5b. Please make sure to let me know of any changes before I get to the fully rendered stage.
6. Should you want a print of you artwork I am willing to ship one for no additional cost, if you want to print it for YOUR OWN use, you may do so. DO not print for the purpose of selling unless we talk about it before the commission is started.
7. If for some reason there is something wrong with the piece and you notice it after I give you the finished piece, you can contact me no later than 3 days and I will fix it for free, any later, I will not do it.
8. Should you lose the artwork at any point, I can resend the files for free as long as I still have them, otherwise, I am afraid I cannot help.
9. Artist retains no responsibility or liability for what the Client or third parties do with the artwork once the artwork is completed.
10. This section is for very specific scenarios.
10a. Should I get sick, have an emergency or be unable to finish the artwork, client has two options: I give a full refund or you can also wait until I am able to complete it.
10b. If client cancels, refund will depend.
If I'm only in the sketch or lineart stage I will fully refund!
If I am already in the coloring stage, I will refund only 50%.
10c. If client cuts communication with me (the artist) I will give it a week then stop progress. Should the customer get back to me after the week, I am willing to work it out depending on how much time has passed and the customer's reason and or how they act. Refund is also allowed, depending on the factors on section 10b.
10d. Should the customer make my experience uncomfortable or harass me (the artist) I will refund and stop any progress.
11. I can post the finished piece on my twitter or instagram, unless the customer asks for it not to be posted.
All articles of this Terms of Service Agreement are applicable unless specifically outlined within the final written agreement between Client and Artist.
